Programs and Services
Our Programs
-
Our intensive 6 weeks outpatient program is designed for adolecents 12-17 years old and adults. The program includes individual, group, and family therapy utilizing CBT and DBT skills through experiential therapy.
-
Individual therapy sessions offer the opportunity to develop a unique and collaborative treatment plan that can include animal and adventure based interventions. These sessions allow a person to work through current conflicts, past traumas, and present mental health barriers.
-
The main aspects of family therapy focus on psycho-education, effective communication skills, development of clear consistent boundaries, encourage behavioral changes, and foster and strengthen relationships to create a more supportive home environment. In family therapy we utilize a systems approach that also includes cognitive and behavioral therapy skills.
-
The group therapy environment creates a space where people can feel a sense of connection that they are not alone on their healing journey. Group therapy sessions include psycho-education and experiential opportunities (art, canine assisted, and adventure based interventions) while utilizing CBT and DBT based skills.
-
Join in group outings and retreats that offer a range of outdoor experiences including paddle boarding, skiing, biking, hiking, and backpacking.
